The Elbe cycle touring bus offers many possible combinations for a day trip to the marshes, the Hanseatic towns of Stade and Buxtehude or the Stade Geest. With the Deutschlandticket, you can easily switch between the Elbe cycle touring bus, the Elbe ferries, the S-Bahn and regional trains and other bus routes.
The bus routes 2025 (Stade - Freiburg) and 2050 (Stade - Jork) complement the timetable of the Elbe cycle touring bus at hourly intervals. With the line 2040 you can get from Buxtehude to Finkenwerder every hour on Saturdays and every two hours on Sundays. Bicycles can only be taken on these lines to a limited extent.
