Towards Finkenwerder, the service is diverted via Königreicher Straße, Leeswig, Estedeich and Neuenfelder Hauptdeich.

The line takes a diversion via Rosengartenstraße, the A261 and Bremer Straße.

In Sieversen only the stop „Sieversen, Rehkulenweg“ served.
