From 1 January 2026, the following will apply in the Hamburg Transport Association (hvv) New fares. Prices for single and day tickets will increase by an average of 5.4 per cent.
The price adjustment is based on general price trends (inflation) over recent years. At the same time, the increase is below the price level of the Germany Ticket.
Some tickets will remain unchanged in price. These include:
the single ticket for short journeys
single ticket for children
The following still applies: passengers receive a 7 per cent discount when purchasing single and day tickets online.
