DATA PROTECTION INFORMATION ON THE RUFMOBIL APP

The on-call bus app serves the passenger both as an information tool and for booking the journey. No registration is required just to obtain information about the journey times and stops of the on-call bus or the classic scheduled services. Booking, on the other hand, is only possible if the passenger registers in the passenger app.

 
What data is collected?

The booking is personalised. The personal data requested is stored in the system for this purpose. The time of the last registration is also saved.

The processing staff can view the following data:

  • First name, surname
  • E-mail address
  • Telephone number
  • last registration

Passenger access to the system can be blocked at any time by the booking centre (on-call bus centre). The passenger will be informed of the blocking via a notice at the next registration. Re-registration is then only possible after contacting the on-call bus centre by telephone.

The data is used exclusively for the purpose of processing the journey orders and the statistical evaluation of the call bus. The data is neither sold to third parties nor marketed in any other way.

In addition, certain required information is transmitted to the app store selected by the user (e.g. Google Play or Apple App Store) when the "Mein RufMobil" call bus app is downloaded. The user name, the e-mail address specified in the respective app store, the time of the download and the individual device identification number can be processed. This data is processed exclusively by the respective app store and is beyond our control.

Storage duration:

If the passenger does not use the account for more than three months, the registration and personal data are automatically deleted.

Possibility of objection and removal:

You can revoke your consent to the storage of your data at any time. Contact form revoked.
