From 26 June 2026, 08:00 to 28 June 2026, 24:00, the Dorfstraße in Eyendorf will be closed due to the Schützenfest. Line 4000 will therefore take a diversion via Am Berge. Route 4406 will take a diversion via Am Berge and Dorfstraße. ❌ The stop „Eyendorf, Am Ehrenmal“ cannot be served during this time. ✅ Passengers should use the „Eyendorf, Zur Horst“ stop as an alternative to the „Eyendorf, Im Kamp“ stop on route 4406.

From 19 May 2026 to 31 July 2026, Marktstraße in Winsen (Luhe) will be closed due to roadworks. Bus route 4001 will therefore be diverted via the Altstadtring. ➡️ The „Winsen, Kirche“ and „Winsen, Deichstraße“ stops will not be served during this period. Please use the „Winsen, Altstadtring“ stop instead.

From 1 May 2026 to 10 July 2026, extensive track construction work will take place on the railway line between Hamburg and Hanover as part of the „Qualitätsoffensive 2026“ project. The Hamburg - Lüneburg section will remain open to limited traffic, meaning that the Metronom will operate with an adjusted timetable. As a result, departure and arrival times will be delayed, in some cases considerably. ➡️ The timetables for bus routes 149, 248, 647, 4000, 4001, 4002, 4207, 4404, 4406, 4407, 4408, 4410 and 4705 will be adjusted accordingly. From 8 May 2026 to 26 June 2026, Iddensener Dorfstraße in Iddensen will be closed due to construction work, and Bremer Straße will also be closed on one side at the junction with Iddensener Dorfstraße. Lines 4200, 4210, 4605 and 4620 ➡️ The „Iddensen, Bundesstraße“ stop cannot be served during this time; please use the „Tötensen, Auf der Schanze“ stop instead. Line 4608 The line takes a diversion via Auf der Schanze. ➡️ The stop „Iddensen, Iddensener Dorfstraße“ cannot be served, please use the alternative stop in the street Auf der Schanze instead.

From 22 April 2026 to 31 December 2026, the intersection of Hauptstraße / Das Rote Feld / Rentenstraße in Westergellersen will be closed due to construction work. Lines 4410 and 4618 will therefore take a diversion via Hambergsfeld and Das Eckersfeld. ➡️ The bus stops „Westergellersen, Rentenstraße“, „Westergellersen, Das Rote Feld“, „Westergellersen, Hauptstraße L 216“ and „Westergellersen, Südergellerser Weg“ cannot be served during this time. Please use the alternative stops in the streets Hambergsfeld and Das Eckersfeld instead.

From 7 April 2026 to 30 June 2026, the bus stop „Vahrendorf, Kirchweg“ and the bus turnaround at the primary school in Vahrendorf will be closed due to conversion and redesign work. ➡️ The bus stops „Vahrendorf, Kirchweg“ and „Vahrendorf, Grundschule“ cannot be served during this time. Lines 4037 and 4623 will therefore take a diversion via Am Schäferstieg, Amselweg, Wennerstorfer Kirchweg, Wennerstorfer Weg, Oldendorfer Straße, Estetalstraße, Breitensteiner Allee, Dierstorfer Straße and Am Glockenberg. ➡️ The stops „Dierstorf, Am Schulberg“ (in the direction of Hollenstedt) and „Hollenstedt, Wiesenweg“ cannot be served during this time; please use the stop in the street Am Schäferstieg instead. ℹ️ The „Hollenstedt, Schulzentrum“ stop will be served by all journeys on route 4037, and the stops on the diversion route will also be served if necessary. From 26 June 2026 to 23 August 2026, Cuxhavener Straße (B73) in Hamburg-Fischbek will be closed due to roadworks. Line 550 will therefore take a diversion via Bredenheider Weg, Danziger Straße, Königsberger Straße and Am Bach. ➡️ The stops „Hamburg, Cuxhavener Straße (West)“, „Hamburg, Im Fischbeker Heidbrook (West)“, „Hamburg, Heideblütenweg“, „Hamburg, Heidschnuckenring“ and „Hamburg, Im Fischbeker Heidbrook (Ost)“ cannot be served during this time. Königstraße will be set up as a one-way street. The direction of travel will change during the course of the measure. 02.03. - 23.03.2026 Line 4002 will take a diversion in the direction of Winsen railway station via Winsener Ilmer.➡️ The stops „Borstel (WL), Winsener Ilmer“ and „Winsen, Max-Planck-Straße“ cannot be served and the opposite direction will follow the normal route. 23.03. - 01.07.2026 Line 4002 in the direction of Messerschmidtstraße (Süd) will be diverted via Osttangente and Max-Planck-Straße.➡️ The „Borstel (WL), Winsener Ilmer“ stop cannot be served and the normal route will be used again in the direction of Winsen station from 23 March 2026.
