From the 2 February 2026 supplemented hvv hop Elbe-Heide public transport in the joint municipality of Salzhausen. The new On-demand shuttle service enables flexible journeys on demand - without a fixed timetable and precisely when traditional bus connections are not suitable.
With hvv hop Elbe-Heide, you can be conveniently called up via app and be taken from A to B at the regular hvv rate, without comfort surcharge. All you need is a valid hvv ticket or a Germany ticket.
The shuttle runs in the joint municipality of Salzhausen and thus complements the existing transport services in rural areas. In some cases, other passengers with a similar destination may also get on the shuttle. This reduces road congestion and protects the environment.

- Saturday & before public holidays: 8 - 2 o'clock
- Sunday & public holidays: 8 a.m. - 11 p.m.
