hvv hop Elbe-Heide: New on-demand mobility service launches on 2 February

From 2 February 2026, hvv hop Elbe-Heide will supplement local public transport in the Salzhausen joint municipality. The new on-demand shuttle service enables flexible journeys on demand - without a fixed timetable and precisely when traditional bus connections are not suitable. With hvv hop Elbe-Heide, you can be conveniently called up via app and taken from A to B - at the regular hvv fare, without a convenience surcharge. All you need is a valid hvv ticket or a Germany ticket. The shuttle runs in the Salzhausen joint municipality and thus supplements the existing transport services in rural areas. In some cases, other passengers with a similar destination may also board the shuttle, which reduces road congestion and protects the environment. No Future Day at KVG this year

Unfortunately, we are not organising a Future Day this year. The reason: we are currently working on new, exciting formats and content with which we want to make next year's Future Day even more attractive, informative and eventful. We are deliberately taking a little more time to prepare for this. 👉 There will be another Future Day in 2027 - with new insights, hands-on activities and real perspectives on training and career entry. We would like to thank all interested parties for their understanding and are already looking forward to welcoming you next year.

Lines 149, 4148, 4200 and 4210 | Construction work in Harburg: 03.06.2024 - 04.11.2026

From 3 June 2024 to 4 November 2026, the bus facility at Harburg station will be closed due to renovation work. Lines 149, 4148, 4200 and 4210 will therefore be rerouted. ➡️ There are construction site timetables for the construction site - you can find them here. In detail: Line 149 in the direction of Harburg will take a diversion via Nartenstraße (which is already being used due to the closure of Brücke des 17. Juni), Veritaskai, Kanalplatz, Harburger Schloßstraße, Seehafenbrücke Harburger Ring and Knoopstraße and will not be able to serve the "Harburg, Bf. Harburg" stop. The stops "Hamburg, Süderelbe (Süd)", "Hamburg, Neuländer Straße", "Hamburg, Schellerdamm", "Hamburg, Kanalplatz", "Hamburg, Harburger Schloßstraße" and "Hamburg, S Harburg Rathaus (Eißendorfer Straße)" will also be served. In order to be able to pick up their journeys in the return direction more quickly, some journeys travel via Bundesstraße 73 and Schloßmühlendamm and serve the stop "Hamburg, S Harburg Rathaus" instead of the stop "Hamburg, S Harburg Rathaus (Eißendorfer Straße)". Individual journeys will serve the stops "Hamburg, Neuland", "Hamburg, Neuländer Weg", "Hamburg, Großmoorbogen (Neuländer See)", "Hamburg, Großmoorring", "Hamburg, Wohlersweg". These journeys cannot serve the "Hamburg, Bf. Harburg" stop either. As a replacement, stop at the alternative stop "Hamburg, Bf. Harburg (Großmoordamm)". From there, individual journeys will travel via Bundesstraße 73, Moorstraße, Wilstorfer Straße and Harburger Ring to the "Hamburg, S Harburg Rathaus" stop, while the others will travel directly back towards Winsen from the replacement stop at Harburg station. Line 149 in the direction of Winsen will take a diversion via Harburger Ring, Seehafenbrücke, Karnapp, Seevestraße, Hannoversche Straße, Neuländer Straße and Nartenstraße and will not be able to serve the "Hamburg, Bf. Harburg" stop. The route via Neuländer Straße and Nartenstraße will be cancelled with the end of the Bridge of 17 June construction project. The stops "Hamburg, S Harburg Rathaus" and "Hamburg, Karnapp" will also be served. Journeys travelling directly from "Hamburg, Bf. Harburg (Großmoordamm)" in the direction of Winsen will travel via the Bundesstraße 73, the Hanover Bridge and Hannoversche Straße. During the closure of Brücke des 17. Juni they will also travel via Neuländer Straße and Nartenstraße. Line 149 cannot operate at all from 15 July to 4 August 2024 due to the Bridge of 17 June construction project. Further information can be found in the announcement on this construction project. Line 4148 will take a diversion via Wilstorfer Straße, Harburger Ring, Knoopstraße, Bremer Straße and Krummholzberg and will not be able to serve the "Hamburg, Bf. Harburg" stop. In the direction of Harburg, the stops "Hamburg, Harburger Ring" and "Hamburg, S Harburg Rathuas" will also be served. In the direction of Jesteburg, the stops "Hamburg, S Harburg Rathaus", "Hamburg, S Harburg Rathaus (Eißendorfer Straße)", "Hamburg, Knoopstraße/Bremer Straße", "Hamburg, Moorstraße" (replacement stop in Wilstorfer Straße) will also be served. Lines 4200 and 4210 will run from Krummholzberg directly onto Harburger Ring to the stop "Hamburg, S Harburg Rathaus" and will not be able to serve the stops "Hamburg, Moorstraße" and "Hamburg, Bf. Harburg". Passengers are requested to use the stops "Hamburg, S Harburg Rathaus" and "Hamburg S Harburg Rathaus (Eißendorfer Straße)".

Lines 2026 and 2075 | Closure in Bützfleth: 11 September 2024 to 31 December 2026

Erlenweg in Bützfleth will be closed from 11 September 2024 to 31 December 2026 due to a dilapidated bridge. ➡️ There are construction site timetables for the construction site – you can find them here. In detail: Routes 1027, 1135, 1047 and 1041 of line 2026 will remain on Obstmarschenweg and will not be able to serve the stops „Bützfleth, Friedhof“, „Bützfleth, Pappelstieg“ and “Bützfleth, Holunderweg„. Passengers are requested to use the “Bützfleth, Kirche„ stop instead. Routes 1010 and 1018 will be diverted via Moorchaussee, turning at the junction with Landernweg, and will not be able to serve the “Bützfleth, Holunderweg„ stop. Passengers are requested to use the replacement stop on Flethstraße near house number 101. Line 2075 will remain on Moorchaussee and will not be able to serve the “Bützfleth, Holunderweg" stop. Lines 2001, 2004, 2012, 2018, 2021, 2025, 2026, 2037, 2051, 2060, 2061, 2365, 2370, 2372 and 2376 | Construction work in Stade: 02.04.2024 - 30.06.2028

From 2 April 2024 to 30 June 2028, Harsefelder Straße in Stade will be closed in 9 construction phases due to renovation work on the cycle path, footpath and retention channel. ➡️ There are roadworks timetables for the construction site - you can find them here. In detail: From 15 August 2025 to 30 June 2026, Harsefelder Straße in Stade will be closed on one side at the junction with Holtermannstraße due to construction work (construction sections 4 and 5). The above-mentioned lines will therefore take a diversion in the direction of Stade railway station via Am Exerzierplatz, Timm-Kröger-Straße, Am Schäferstieg, Holtermannstraße and Im Neuwerk. ➡️ The stops „Stade, Bf. Stade“, „Stade, Teichstraße“ and „Stade, Brauerstraße“ cannot be served in the direction of the railway station; instead, please use the stops „Stade, Sachsenstraße (West)“, „Stade, Am Exerzierplatz“, „Stade, Timm-Kröger-Straße“ and the replacement stop in Im Neuwerk at the junction with Harsefelder Straße. ℹ️ Note: Out of town, the lines continue to run as normal. Addition: Line 2021 (30.03. - 22.04.2026) Line 2021 can no longer turn from Thuner Straße into Harsefelder Straße and therefore runs two diversions: 1st section:After the „Wiepenkathen, Am Steinkamp“ stop, the route runs directly via the B73 to Ottenbeck.➡️ The „Stade, Thuner Straße“ stop is also served. Section 2: After the „Stade, Schwabensee“ stop, there will be a diversion via Sachsenstraße, Harsefelder Straße and B73.➡️ The stops „Stade, Sachsenstraße (KVG)“, „Stade, Frankenweg“ and „Stade, Sachsenstraße (Mitte)“ will be served in reverse order. ➡️ The stops „Stade, Athenaeum“, „Stade, Sachsenstraße (Mitte)“, „Stade, Harburger Straße (KVG)“, „Stade, Berliner Platz“ and „Stade, Bahnhof (Hansebrücke)“ cannot be served during this time.
