From the 11 August until 30 October 2026 is the Ilmer Weg in Winsen (Luhe) because of a Water pipe burst closed on one side as an emergency measure and designated as One-way street towards the Osttangente set up.
The Line 4002 is therefore heading towards Winsen railway station a diversion via the East bypass, the Ilmer Moor Trail and the Luhdorfer Street.

cannot be served in the direction of Winsen station.
