From 1 January 2026, the following will apply in the Bremen/Lower Saxony Transport Association (VBN) New fares. Ticket prices will increase by an average of around 5.1 per cent.
The adjustment affects many bus and train tickets, for example single tickets and season tickets such as weekly and monthly passes. Some additional tickets will also become more expensive. The reason for the price adjustment is increased costs for personnel, energy and operations.
