From 10 March to 30 September 2025, district road 64 in Doosthof will be closed due to renovation work. The routes 4408, 4611 and 4631 will therefore be detoured. The first construction phase is planned until 30 June 2025 and is located between the field path leading to house number 24 on the Doosthof road and the Jitthofgraben.

In detail:
Journeys 1001, 1003, 1007, 1009, 1011, 1012, 1013, 1014, 1016 and 1018 on route 2368 will turn after the replacement stop for the "Doosthof, Ortsmitte" stop (in front of house numbers 3 and 5) and then take a diversion via Doosthof Straße to Kakerbecker Mühle Straße. Journeys 1004, 1005, 1008 and 1010 on route 2368 will take a diversion via Doosthof, Doosthofer Weg, Ringstraße, Rehfinder Straße and Bahnhofstraße. The stops "Doosthof, Ortsmitte", "Doosthof, Abzweigung" and "Kakerbeck, Kakerbecker Mühle" cannot be served. Passengers should use the replacement stop in Doosthof street.
Line 2061 will have a construction site timetable due to the connection.
