Hey DU,

the ASM and the Rufbus are now on the road for you as RufMobil! To book a journey, please register at least 60 minutes (ASM: 30 minutes) in advance. Please note that no journey can take place without registration.

The RufMobil* is not only practical, but also affordable - you can use the hvv tariff and use your Germany ticket use. It follows a fixed timetable and picks you up at your chosen stop to take you safely to your destination.

RufMobil journeys are labelled with an "RB" (in future "RM") in the timetable.

Get the app!

You no longer need to look at the timetable to order your journey. You will find the entire RufMobil offer in the app. If you decide on a journey, you can book it conveniently with just one click. All you need is the RufMobil app.

Alternatively, you can also use your RufMobil by telephone or online book.

RufMobil is a demand-responsive service for scheduled services and offers you mobility on demand. This means that journeys only take place when passengers book in advance. Your RufMobil includes: the Rufbus and the Anruf-Sammel-Mobil (ASM). The RufMobil is used where so few people want to travel that it makes no sense to use a bus. It enables journeys to be made exactly when they are needed and is not only more economical, but also protects the environment and the climate at the same time. 

When ordering, please provide the following information: your name, the desired departure time, the desired departure stop, your destination, the number of people travelling with you and, if applicable, the desired transport of animals and bulky items. 

Wheelchairs and pushchairs are generally transported in the RufMobil if this is specified when ordering and the vehicle capacity allows it. Luggage can only be carried if there is sufficient space. If you need a child seat, you can book this free of charge when you book your journey. Dogs travel free of charge on the Rufbus. In the ASM Unfortunately, animals cannot be transported for safety reasons. 

No. However, if you would like to be informed in the event of operational disruptions (e.g. diversion, black ice, accident) that the journey you have booked will run significantly later or has to be cancelled, this is only possible if your telephone number is available. 

Personal data is recorded (name, address, telephone number) in order to be able to organise a smooth journey and to inform you of any changes to departure times. The data recorded here will be used exclusively for the fulfilment of the RufMobil order and then destroyed in accordance with data protection regulations. The data will not be passed on to third parties. 

RufBus:You can book journeys with the on-call bus viaApp via our online portal or  by telephonebook. With the on-call bus, you can book your journey up to one month in advance, but no later than one hour before departure. 

ASM:You can book ASM trips viaApp or by telephonebookable. The ASM must be ordered at least 30 minutes before the departure time.

You are then no longer entitled to a booking. However, if this journey has already been booked by another passenger, an attempt will be made to extend the journey order. You will only receive a confirmation (by telephone) if this can be organised. With the on-call bus, you can book your journey up to one month in advance, but no later than one hour before departure. 

At the ASM can be ordered perApp The journey must be booked 3 days in advance by telephone at least 30 minutes before the departure time. In contrast to the on-call bus, there is no compulsory transport on the ASM. This means that if all journeys are fully booked within an hour, you are not entitled to transport.

For reasons of space, bicycles may not be carried in the ASM excluded. Bicycles are transported on the on-call bus. If you need a child seat, you can book one free of charge when you book your journey.

In contrast to the on-call bus and normal scheduled services, the ASM A special fare, therefore hvv tickets and train tickets can unfortunately not be recognised. For students of Leuphana University, school pupils resident in Lüneburg, children under the age of 15, subscription and monthly ticket holders and free travellers on regular services, a reduced fare applies on the ASM. Yes, there is no minimum number of passengers with RufMobil. 

You can order several RufMobil journeys at the same time. With the Rufbus, you can order your journeys up to one month in advance, but no later than one hour before departure.

On Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve there is no ASM-transport takes place. On-call buses operate according to a special timetable at Christmas and New Year. On Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve, the buses run as on Saturdays, possibly with restrictions (which are regulated by a footnote on the respective journey). On Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day, buses operate according to the timetable for Sundays and public holidays. 

To be on the safe side, please be at the agreed stop 5 minutes before the agreed time and understand if the RufMobil takes a few minutes to arrive. Due to the system, there may be waiting times of up to 15 minutes at the pick-up stop.
