  • You are customer and service orientated and have good communication skills.

  • You are open to IT systems.

  • You are also committed, willing to learn and look forward to working in a team.

Scheduled services
You drive and monitor our buses on scheduled services.
Passengers
You ensure that our passengers reach their destination safely and on time.
Passenger questions
Use your knowledge of fares and routes in customer service and customer advice in scheduled services that you have learnt with us to answer passenger queries.
Personnel
Always deploying the right personnel on the right buses is a complex system and not at all easy - with us, you'll become a pro at it.
Transport planning
Support the transport planning department and contribute to the design of our timetables, including the necessary traffic calculations.
Vehicle knowledge
Learn basic vehicle skills to ensure the operational readiness of our vehicles.

Further training to become a certified transport specialist (IHK)

Further training to become a certified master craftsman for road transport (IHK)
